It is your responsibility to read and understand the Terms and Conditions of Residence before accepting your offer of accommodation.  By accepting the agreement you enter into a legally binding contract for your accommodation for the defined period and rental costs.

Residential services will provide registered students of the University of Manchester with accommodation and adhere to all its listed obligations outlined in the Terms of Conditions of Residence.
