Our expectations of you under this policy:

You are expected to adhere to any arrangements that your School or programme team puts in place regarding the assessments you are required to submit. This includes any deadlines set for submission of work or restrictions on the number of words you should use in your assessment or coursework. You should also be aware that submitted assessment will normally be subject to checks for plagiarism, so you should familarise yourself with information about good academic practice and avoiding plagiarism.

Your expectations of us under this policy:

The University has a responsibility to students to carry out assessment fairly and equitably. This policy document sets out the main arrangements for the submission of assessed work, which may be supplemented by more detailed guidance and arrangements set by your School or programme team.
