If you are considering making a complaint, you are advised to read this document and, if you do decide to go ahead, follow the details set out under the ‘informal stage’ and then, if necessary, the ‘formal procedure’.

Students should contact their School or Faculty Office for specific advice about submitting a complaint. Completed complaint forms should be returned to your Faculty Office.
